Frequently asked questions
Which chains do you support?
Ethereum and BNB Chain. These are the two chains we have set up and tested end to end.
What do I need to get started?
A Google account or an email address, and your token's contract address. You choose a plan and name your workspace on this page. The dashboard then asks for the token.
Is there a free trial?
The plan table above says which plans have one and for how long. A trial needs no payment and no wallet. When it ends unpaid, the workspace becomes read-only.
How do I pay?
You pay in native USDC on Base, straight from your own wallet to our company Safe. There is no card and no payment processor percentage. Base gas is additional and shown by your wallet.
How do I cancel?
There is no subscription to cancel. Renewal is monthly and manual: you come back and sign one transfer for each month. Nothing is ever pulled from your wallet automatically. When a paid month ends unpaid, the workspace keeps working for 72 hours, then becomes read-only: you can still read the data already stored, but nothing new is fetched and no alerts are sent. To end the contract and have the workspace and its data deleted, email us at the address in our Terms.
Do you need my private keys or access to my contracts?
No. Holder data comes from public blockchains, so we need only your token's contract address. You sign in with Google or an email address, not a wallet, and nothing in the product asks for a private key.
Where does the data come from?
From the blockchain itself. You give us your token's contract address, and we read its holders and their transfers on-chain. Nothing to upload, nothing to connect.
How fresh is the data?
Live for the wallets that matter most: your largest holders' transfers show up as they happen. The rest of your holder list is refreshed on the schedule in the plan table above.
